No Creeper Holes 1.1.1

This plugin will prevent obnoxious creeper holes while not completely nerfing the creepers' explosion. Instead of just preventing the creeper explosion entirely, every block that would have been exploded will be replaced with a "damaged" version. For example, stone would turn into cobblestone, grass blocks would turn into dirt. (not all blocks have been considered yet, but more blocks will be added in the future )
