No Minecart Commands 1.0

Disable commands while a player is in a minecart!

    With this plugin, you can disallow a player to use commands while in a minecart!
    You can change the message they will get in the config.

    If you also want to disable commands while in a boat, set boats: true in the config and change the boat message.
