    Features
    • Edit note block's notes and instruments easily in a menu
    • Access menu by shift-right-clicking the block with an empty hand or via a command while looking at the block
    • Pre-set noteblock items which get set to the pre-set pitch when placed in the world
    • Works with any build restriction plugin (e.g. WorldGuard, PlotSquared...) which you can bypass with permission
    • Add even more sounds to your note blocks with NoteBlocksPlus
    Permissions
    • noteblockeditor.command : Editor via command (/noteblockeditor)
    • noteblockeditor.interact : Editor via interaction (shift-right-click)
    • noteblockeditor.reload : Usage of reload command (/noteblockeditor reload)
    • noteblockeditor.instruments : Access to instrument menu
    • noteblockeditor.bypass : Bypass build permissions
    • noteblockeditor.give : Give and get pre-set pitch noteblocks
    • noteblockeditor.sethand : Set the pitch on a noteblock in hand
    • noteblockeditor.place : Ability to place pre-set pitch noteblocks

      Thanks for the review! Noteblocks changed significantly in 1.13 and making the plugin work with them in later versions would require recoding the plugin pretty much. We'll see if I can do a legacy version of the plugin.
