    What is this plugin all about?​

    Since 1.8, player skulls' skins render as an item in the inventory as well, so I made a nifty plugin that when you run a command, it opens up a nice gui and shows all the online players with their skulls.

    This plugin has only one command, /guionline which opens up the gui.
    guiplayers.op - Allows the op item usage.
    guiplayers.ban - Allows the ban item usage.
    guiplayers.kick - Allows the kick item usage.
    guiplayers.changeGamemode - Allows the gamemode item usage.
    guiplayers.mute - Mutes/Unmutes the player.
    guiplayers.freeze - Freezes/Unfreezes the player.
    guiplayers.transactionsGUI - Gives access to the transactions GUI.
