    PLUGIN REQUEST: This plugin was made on behalf of a Bukkit plugin request.

    Description:     This is a simple passive mode plugin with full customizability and support for 1.7.10, as requested in the plugin request. Players can go in and out of passive mode with a configurable cooldown, and get sent configurable messages. There is a list of blocks you can edit which will modify which blocks can someone place or break when they are in passive mode.

    Commands:

    /passivemode:     Toggles passive mode (after the cooldown passes).

    /passivemode list: Lists all players in passive mode.

    /passivemode clear: An admin command that takes everyone out of passive mode.

    /passivemode reload: Admin command that reloads the plugin.

    /passivemode toggle {player}: Admin command that enables passive mode for a player and bypasses the cooldown.

    Permissions:

    passivemode.player:     Needed to run /passivemode
    passivemode.admin: Needed to run /passivemode clear & /passivemode toggle
    passivemode.reload: Needed to run /passivemode reload
    passivemode.list: Needed to run /passivemode list
