Permission Portals Plugin
Give players permission to use nether / end portals. This plugin allows you to customize permissions in config. (Nether and end portal permissions work separately!)

- Disable nether portal with permission access

End-Portal:
  Message-Time: 5 # how long (in seconds) should the plugin wait between each no permission message?
  Permission: end.portal
  Push-Back: true # should the plugin push players back if they do not have permission to use the portal? (true or false)
  No-Perm: '&cYou do not have permission to use this portal! &7(END)'
Nether-Portal:
  Message-Time: 5 # how long (in seconds) should the plugin wait between each no permission message?
  Permission: nether.portal
  Push-Back: true # should the plugin push players back if they do not have permission to use the portal? (true or false)
  No-Perm: '&cYou do not have permission to use this portal! (&7NETHER)'
 

Permissions (Configurable)
- end.portal (to use end portal)
- nether.portal (to use nether portal)
