    INTRODUCTION
Permissions is a simple, elegant permissions management plugin created to replace the complex, confusing alternatives that have come out since PermissionsEx died years ago. I always found that Group Manager had messy-feeling commands, and that LuckPerms was frustrating since the info was stored in a .db file instead of the more easily readable .yml file. Here's my fix. (By the way, I made this for myself but liked it enough to share it. Enjoy! :) )

    FEATURES
Carefully customized tab-completion so that you get a feel for exactly what can and cannot be done, with plenty of commands to easily see everything in the config file. Hoverable formatting so that players in-game can gather additional information about the different ranks, showing them how amazing the other rank options are; all just by hovering over the group/rank name. Pictures below, of course.

    COMMANDS
I tried to keep these very simple and intuitive.

    /perms.......................................................................Shows version number
/perms groups...........................................................Shows a hoverable list of all groups. Click on one to see more information.
    /perms reload............................................................Reloads config and permissions
/perms group <group>..............................................Shows detailed info on a specified group
    /perms group <group> create/delete........................Creates or deletes a group
    /perms group <group> add/remove <permission>..Adds or removes a permission from a group
    /perms user <username> <group>..........................Sets a player's group
/perms default <group> true/false...........................Sets a group to be default. If no group is set as default, the first group in the config is chosen as default. There will always be a default group.
/perms prefix <group> <prefix>...............................Sets the prefix of the group (e.g. [Admin])
/perms format <group> <format>............................Sets the format. This will be something like "%prefix%_&6%player&e_>_ Use underscores anywhere you want a space.
/perms color <group> <color>.................................Sets the chat color. You don't have to know the color codes, you can tab-in the color names instead.
/perms hover <group> <hover_text>.......................Sets the display text when hovering over the prefix. Again, use underscores instead of spaces.
/perms inherit <parent group> <child group>.........Sets the parent group to inherit all of the child group's permissions and inherited groups.
    /perms uninherit <parent> <child>..........................Opposite of inherit

    PERMISSIONS
Just one for now; the permission to use the commands. More coming later so that lower-level groups can only affect lower-than-themselves groups.
perms.admin allows a player to use all perms commands.

    PICTURES
I did say there would be pictures.

Hello this plugin is awesome i like it, but is there a way to make the plugin
    1. Give all permission to a specified group
    2. Reorder the groups
if any of these was already added please let me know

There's currently no way to know what permissions are available to add, since many plugins don't list them in their plugin.yml file.
To re-order the groups I recommend going to the config.yml file and adjusting their orders manually.
Good luck, and thanks for the review!

Hello your plugin is great but to be even better can you add a different rank and permission system per world?
    Otherwise continue like this...

For now, I'm working on an update to improve inheritance and to increase control over who can edit which groups. I'd like to add per-world perms in the future though. Thanks for the review! :)

    Great plugin but 2 things.
    1) Is there a way to change group color? not just chat color.
    2) your discord doesn't seem to work, and I can't add you for said question
Other than that this was a great perms plugin for my server thank you!

Yes! Group color can be changed in the "prefix" section of config. So use /perms prefix <group> <prefix> to change it.
My discord was updated due to Nitro running out and me having difficulty getting it back. For now it is Blue Dev#2223.

Great plugin! Everything I was looking for, you can do literally everything you'd change in the files just in-game

Its an amazing tool. Im having slight trouble revoking permissions after theyre granted. Like if admin has OP rights being able to restrict them if they were demoted to member. Any help?

Try using /perms reload, a couple people have had issues with this and I am working to resolve them.
