Simple Ping Plugin to get your ping and ping from others! [Bungee & Bukkit]

    SUPPORTS BungeeCord & Bukkit / Spigot 1.8.8​
    Commands:
    • /ping (Gets your ping)
    • /ping <Player> (Gets ping from other players)
    Permissions:
    • pinger.self (To get own ping)
    • pinger.other (To get others Ping)
    Configs:
    Code (Text):
    NormalPrefix: '&2[&aPinger&2] &7'
    ErrorPrefix: '&4[&cPinger&4] &7'
    NotOnline: 'That player is not online!'
    NoPermssions: 'You dont have enough Permissions!'
    OnlyForPlayers: 'This command is only for players!'
    PingSelf: 'Your ping is &6%ping%ms&7!'
    PingOther: '%player%s ping is &6%ping%ms&7!'

    this is very good plugin, it is very useful, but it has one small bug, %pinger_online_url:port%, it shows &cOffline, which doesnt change color, it should use §cOffline. Are you going to fix this?
