What is this?
PlaceHolders is PlaceHolder Caching API for plugins what requires fast processing.

What can I do with this plugin?
If you're a developer, you can use it to your project.
If not, you can use this to run my plugins requires this plugin.

Why not using PlaceHolderAPI?
PlaceHolderAPI is such good API to cover many plugins, but the objective is different with this project.
PlaceHolders project is designed to plugins what requires fast text processing, and save / load the message easily.
As example, PlaceHolder specialized to processing text like header / footer, that requires every text on update.
No regex matching, No massive text replacing. Just caching placeholder reference, and craft it.
