Plugin Manager Reloaded 1.0.2

This update is fully compatible with Spigot/Bukkit 1.9 (Bungee version coming soon).

Added in this update is Tab Completion thanks to @Flashlight
Unloaded plugins that unload successfully are marked as .UNLOADED, and disabled plugins will be disabled after /reload (while it's a bad idea, this is now a function.) thanks to @MixzerZ
Added /plm configreload command. Reloads the config of specified plugin.

Finally the updated version is complete, and ready for use.

This version contains the base plugin managing commands:

• Enabling
• Disabling
• Unloading
• Loading
• Reloading
• Re-enabling
• Listing
• Showing plugin information

Features an update checker and metrics, both of which can be disabled in the config.
Next steps are downloading and installing plugins, plugin update checkers, and other management utilities that are requested.
