With this plugin can you activate/deactivate the global
join message and edit the private message.

Config.yml
- show_standard_message: true/false
- show_private_message: true/false
- prefix: text with colorcode -> use the char '&'
- private_message (message)
- no_permission (message)
All commands:
- /joinmessage reload
- /joinmessage reset
Permission:
for admins: joinmessage.admin
for show the private message: joinmessage.show
