PvP Toggle!

PvP Toggle allows you to turn PvP on and off for yourself.
Players can decide for themselves whether or not they want to participate in PvP.
Note: This plugin only works on 1.13+, but can be repatched to other versions. PM me if you need an earlier version.
Configuration
Drop the PvPToggle.jar file into your plugins folder then restart your server
The toggle command is: /pvp
The permission is: pvptoggle.toggle
Default: enabled
Reload the config with: /pvpreload
The permission is: pvptoggle.reload
Default: op
*There is a configurable cooldown time (in seconds) for the toggle command in the config.yml
*There is a configurable function to auto-force players into PvP enabled after a certain amount of time. Set it in the config with
secondsUntilForcePvPEnabled. Set to 0 or any negative number to disable.
*PvP being enabled or disabled by default for players is also configurable in the config.yml
*Admins can also edit each player's participation in pvp in the config.yml
