Since I thought it'd be really cool, I decided to recreate Ranboo's silk touch abilities, as well as any more he gains in future. The ability applies to items as well as your fists. You only need to give a permission to enable the silk touch, and you gain it permanently until you lose the permission. (see below)

Features:
Ranboo's silk touch ability; give players the permission ranboo.silktouch to use.

Configuration:
There are two configuration options:

• allow-tools (default: true) When disabled, players must use fists.
• block-blacklist Any block on this list cannot be silk touched and will behave as in vanilla.

You can bypass these settings with the ranboo.bypass permission.
You can reload the configuration with /ranboo (requires ranboo.reload)
