Notify players when a youtuber is recording

    Recording allows players to be notified through chat, and the server motd, when a youtuber is recording. The youtuber simply needs one permission. Very easy to use lightweight plugin, but a cool feature to add to any server with a youtuber.

    - /recording (Enable recording)
    - /rec (Enable Recording)
    - /rec link [youtubelink] (Allow youtubers to add their link to the notification)

    Good plugin great Idea.
    I would add the option for each player to add there YouTube.
    So on /rec it says KingLinux01 is recording and if they added there channel. It will show there youtube link.
