A simply /Report plugin based on permissions and cooldowns

    Contributors:

    Features:

    Report any player on the server for a specified reason.
    Only players with permission can see report notifications.
    Players can not spam Reports due to a cooldown system.

    Commands:

    /Report [Player] [Reason]
