ModelEngine integration for RPGCore

    This adds basic compatibility between RPGCore and ModelEngine.

    When setting a mob up, use the following as its display section:


    Code (Text):

      display:
        # the ID within ModelEngine, should be the file name
        type: <string>
        # the entity base type we are running
        anchor: <entity type>
        # the displayname of the mob
        name: <string>
        # identifier so we use model_engine
        special-base: model_engine
        # ID of the part we anchor the hologram on, WIP
        hologram-anchor: <string>
