    What Does It Do?
This super lightweight plugin will simulate wear and tear on different path materials. For instance, if you walk over stone, there will be a 5/1000 chace that it will degrade into cobblestone. Then from there it will become coarse dirt, and then finnaly dirt.

It should be noted that ALL BLOCKS on the following list WILL DEGRADE if stepped on... Thus, if you use this plugin, I advise that all floors that use one of the following materials be made of slabs instead of full blocks.
    These blocks degrade:
    • Stone (EXCLUDES slab form)
    • Cobblestone (EXCLUDES slab form)
    • Andesite, Diorite, Granite (Does NOT include polished versions of the block)
    • Grass
    • Coarse Dirt

I was looking for a way for players to organically create pathways similar to how citizens generate them in the game Foundation. Rugged Trails is exactly what I wanted and more!

As a server admin, I can configure the probability that a trail is created when a block is stepped on, what blocks can degrade, and set up degradation chains over time. As one example, I have a Stone > Cobble > Gravel chain set up.

What it says on the tin. Configurable, works great, does Grass Pathing as I'd like. The only other feature I'd request is to have it respect MultiVerse worlds in the config, but that may not be a simple thing to do. I'm quite pleased with this plugin. :)

I'd love to see some config! It'd be nice to be able to mess around with blocks, their replacements, and their probability. Maybe have two probable outcomes, like dirt turning into either coarse dirt or into a grass path.

does what I need it to do and is just a really cool passive thing to add to my server. I'm glad to say it's lightweight and the config is easy to read

This plugin has a simple concept, which what part of what makes it so good. Things that start off simple often rise to fame, just look at how Minecraft has grown! Having paths form below you by "wear & tear" adds an extra level of realism to Minecraft. It reminds me of plugins that make trees actually fall.

The author has been incredibly responsive to all feedback and comments. I look forward to seeing how this plugin will grow and change in the future.

Pretty decent idea, Although you could add some more optimzing to it, Id really suggest a config so you can control what blocks degrade into what and what the changes are, as then it would be worth using (Hell i might use it then for my server with friends)
