    This plugin checks for Endermen spawns on purpur blocks, and if the purpur block is part of an End City the spawn is cancelled, and a Shulker is spawned in the Enderman's place.

    In my opinion, this plug-in does what vanilla gameplay should do! Shulkers are a high-demand commodity and their limited spawn-rates are atrocious. In Economy-servers, it can bloat the prices for shulker-boxes. Definitely a plug-in we can't live without!

    Plugin works great now; however since shulkers don’t despawn they just keep piling up on the end cities which will be patched soon. I have been looking for a plugin like this since I saw it in datapack form for 1.12.2!
