Welcomes players to the server.

    This plugin is a simple plugin that is a combination of MOTD and Welcome Message plugin.
    It contains a message when new players join which can be customized, the default is
    Welcome %player% to the server! (Colors are examples they are not the current defaults)
    As well as a message for returning players which can also be customized, the default is
    Welcome back to the server %player%! (Colors are examples they are not the current defaults)

    Commands:
    None

    Permissions:
    None

    Variable:
    - %player% (Returns in chat with the player that is joining.)
