SimpleChatFormat is a simple but effective chat plugin that lets you set different permissions to different ranks and get a really good chat formatting without using anything besides permissions
Permissions:
- scf.player - Gray chat and name.
- scf.helper - Dark green chat and name.
- scf.mod - Purple chat and name
- scf.admin - Dark blue chat and name
- scf.owner - Red chat and name
