this skript adds lots vip features

Required/Dependencies:
- Spigot/Paper/Proxy
- Skript
- SkQuery
- Java 8+

Command [Permission]:
/dupe [ vip.dupe, vip.dupe.bypass ] dupe held item player's
/itemedit [ vip.itemedit ]
/itemedit name [text] Change name of item you hold
/itemedit lore [text] add only 1 lore of item you hold
/itemedit disenchant disenchant of item you hold
/vipitem [ vip.item ]
/vipitem help show help command
/vipitem list list of item
/vipitem [vip item name] give vip item to player


VIP ITEM:
- VIP SWORD -/vipitem vipsword
- $100 Money -/vipitem money
