StaffWhistle 0.3

If you own a medium-large sized server with a fairly large staff team, StaffWhistle is for you! This is my very first plugin since I've started learning Java! This plugin allows players to run a simple command and a brief description of what's wrong to staff, without having staff filter out the ones who need help in a spammy chat. This is great for all types of servers from Towny, to Minigames!

What's new in 0.3?

-Added a message system for players to put a description of their problem
-Changed the color scheme to a red-dark red theme to help contrast better with most chats
-Added support to lower memory servers.
-Updated the command usage syntax.
-Added a confirmation of the player's request to have been sent.

What's to come?
I plan on adding a cooldown to the command so players can't abuse it (I will make it able to be disabled in a config.yml if Towny or any other anti-spam plugin covers that.) I plan on making other plugins as well!
