Starting out on a new server can be tough for a player. That’s why this plugin exists. Give your adventurers a good start with supplies and equipment with the StarterPack plugin. This easily configurable plugin will give your stalwart adventurers a simple kit to begin their adventurers on your server. Once they give the command, the kit appears in their inventory.

The plugin is configurable with the following categories: Food, Weapon, Armor1, Armor2, Block, Light, Tool1, Tool2, Other. Any item can be inserted in any category, the categories exist only as a means of organization by the server operator. Quantities can be added along with the item. A Quantity of 0 is used to denote a blank category. Simply enter any item and a Quantity of 0 to achieve this.

Additionally, there is a configuration in the config.yml file that generates that will only allow the command to be used a certain number of times. SO if you want to give the users only one chance to call out a kit, set it to 1.

    Permissions:

Permissions have been added to ensure that only those whom you desire can activate the kit.

starterpack.use = allowed to use the starterpack command

    Commands:

The command for the system giving out a Starterpack is simple.

starterpack = gives out a StarterPack (Kit)

This plugin was my first written plugin and credit goes to my son, a longtime Minecraft player for coming up with the idea of it.

Shout-outs to the many individuals across the internet who have put time into tutorials online for people like me to start learning the Java language through Spigot plugins.

Worked perfectly. Very clean and minimal configuring! Don't know why I didn't switch over to Spigot earlier!

    Thank you!
