The most simple and lite plugin for permissions using ranks. Now it's on alpha version and hope that I will fix all bugs and create really flex plugin. But currently you can create your own ranks, enable chat and tab-display rank prefixes and use default permissions for each rank. The most cool thing is that I added inheritance so you can add rank without too much lines in yml file. As the bonus I added fly mode as a specified permission.
