/taplmoon create - To create the world
/taplmoon join - To join the world
/taplmoon leave - To leave the world
/taplmoon delete - To remove the world

Permissions:
Granted to OPs by default:
taplmoon.create - to create a new world
taplmoon.delete - to delete the world

Granted to everyone by default:
taplmoon.leave - to leave a world
taplmoon.join - to join a world
taplmoon.help - to show the help message
