    If "radius:" option is set, the actual radius of explosion for Excavation, Disk, Sphered, Tile will be calculated as:

    explosion_radius = radius * enchant_level / max_enchant_level.

    if you have radius: -1, the explosion_radius == enchant_level.

    if "pickup:" option or "PickupTEExplodedBlocks:" option is true, applytool: option will allow you to use the information on the holding item to determine how/what blocks are dropped (such as application of fortune).
