1: Create a dropbox account
2: place the folder in your dropbox
3: click "share
4: click "crate link:
5: after the link has been created click copy link
6: in your server.properties file find "resource-pack"(if it says something wierd after pack just remove it until is says resource-pack:"
7: paste the link you copied after the colon and at the end of the link change the "0" to a "1"
8: reload/restart your server and the resource should automatically download
