Terrified Monsters - for minecraft 1.8.7 version 0.1

This is my first plugin, for learning purposes and it's giving me some neat ideas from this plugin.

Simply put a pumpkin on your head and see mobs flee as you scare the sh*t out of them!

Note: Mob damage and attacking prevention not implemented yet. So you should be careful not get near a creeper or still be exposed to skeletons as they can attack you. (Yes, the plugin has to improve).
