    The screen layout

On startup you will start with an empty screen with no animations. A title contains both a "title" and "subtitle", both can have individual animations. To switch between adding title animations or subtitle animations you can click "Title" or "Subtitle" on the top right.

The buttons on the top left will stop/start the animation, delete the project, open a GUI to configure timings and give you the YAML to paste in the config respectively.

    Animation timings
The animation timings button opens the fields that allow you to change the interval and fade in/out times.

Clicking on the questionmark gives you more information about each individual setting.

    Get YAML
The Get YAML button shows you the YAML code you can paste in your config.

    Colors and effects
You can add colors to the text field if you do not remember the exact color code by right clicking on it.
This can also be done for effects (bold, italic,..), however not effects are supported or fully supported.

Typing inside the input field gives you a live preview
    [IMG]

    Adding/Removing/Moving a frame
After typing a frame you can click ENTER or press the + button.

The frame will be added to the animation frames list. Here you can delete it by clicking the red cross, or move it up/down by clicking the green up and down buttons. Keep in mind that in the image above I only have one frame, so I can't move it up or down.

After adding a frame the text will still be in the input field so you can create animations that change on every frame (so you don't have to retype everything).

When switching to the "Subtitle" workspace you see the individual animation frames for the subtitle

Way more fun than writing your own YAML code for animations, what did you make/write this program in? Thanks, SuperiorSam.
