Titles is a plugin that lets you create custom prefixes, give them to players and remove them from players.
It is fully compatible with PEX prefixes and suffixes too, take a look:

Titles could work as a great perk for donators, or as rewards for players!

Titles can also work as a chat plugin, as it completely overrides the chat - this is good in some cases, however if you are using other plugins that modify the chat, then Titles, or the other plugin, may not work as intended.
    How to create a title:
    Creating a title is easy.
(Note: In the config.yml, the 'Separator', is the part between the name and the message:
The ": " is the separator, this can be changed if desired.)

    • Go to the config.yml file. It should look something like this:
    Code (YAML):
    Titles:
      MyTitle
    :
        title
    : '&8[&dMyTitle&8]&f '

    Separator
    : ': '

    • Titles are defined all under the 'Titles:' node, copy the same format of 'MyTile' on a new line, for example...
    Code (YAML):
    Titles:
      MyTitle
    :
        title
    : '&8[&dMyTitle&8]&f '
      AnotherTitle
    :
        title
    : '&8[&6Another Title&8]&f '

    Separator
    : ': '

    • It's that simple!
    • Then to set a player's title, type /title set <player> <title_name>, in this case, it's /title set <player> AnotherTitle
    • Then use /reload (Don't use /title reload, as this will NOT save your title)
    • (In the next update, I am going to create a GUI to make this process easier)
    Commands & Permissions:
    2019-06-25_01.39.01.png
    /title set <player> <title_name>: Sets a player's title
    [titles.set]

    /title remove <player>: Removes a player's title
    [titles.remove]

    /title reload: Reloads the plugin
    [titles.reload]

/title help (/title): Displays the help page
    [titles.help]

    What's next?

The WORST advice you can give is to have a server owner do a /reload. This breaks a LOT of plugins in Spigot that won't correctly work again until the server is restarted. This can also cause corruption with plugin's data. You need to fix the plugin before telling people to use /RELOAD.

I'm having issues with double text.
    Eg:
[Villager] PersonA: This is some text
    <PersonA> This is some text
    Otherwise this has large potential

love the potential of this mod but for some reason when i try to create a title it removes it from the config completely. nothing is in the config after reload. idk why it does that. it might be that im on 1.14.3.

You have to use /reload with the config.
If you use the plugins /reload it will overwrite the config, if it has been changed while the server is still on.

So: Use either /reload, or stop the server, change the config and then start it again. Hope this helps!

(Also please put these kind of reports in the discussions tab, thank you)
