Bug fixed where, if a player held the right mouse button while holding a tnt and ran outside a world guarded area, the player would be able to place the tnt multiple times while it remained in his/her inventory.
Added world guard support as a soft dependency. World guard support means that the plugin checks whether the TNT is being placed in a world guarded area. Earlier, the TNT would burst even if it was placed in a region with build flag denied. This update does not let that happen.
