    A very simple plugin that allows users to toggle the chat on their end.

    NOTE: this requires Java 8 or higher!

    Permissions:
    * togglechat.use - allows users to use /togglechat.

    Commands:
    /togglechat - toggles the chat.

    Config:
    You can configure the messages sent to users when they use the /togglechat message.
