    Welcome to Trivia!
With Trivia, you can host a chat game to put your players to the test! Use an in-game menu to create your own questions and answers. Your players must answer these questions correctly, and whoever answers the most by the end of the match is the winner.

You can get a view of all your current questions from the menu, and you can modify/delete any of them from here. You can also allow for multiple correct answers for a single question.
The plugin comes with several default questions you can use to get started right away.

It can't be trivia without rewards! Winners of Trivia will receive any rewards set by you.

Create rewards from the menu. Drag in any items the winner will receive (with any custom name/lore/enchants), and set money rewards (if vault is installed), experience points, and messages for the winner. Also, you can set commands as rewards, so you can integrate with any other crates/points plugins you have!

Once you have your questions and rewards set up, it's now time to host Trivia! Before beginning, you can customize the number of questions that will be asked for that match, the number of seconds a player has to answer the question, and the time between questions themselves.
When Trivia starts, questions will be asked round by round. The first player to enter the right answer into chat wins that round. Whoever wins the most amount of rounds at the end of the game wins Trivia and runs off with the prize!
Here is a screenshot of a game in progress (with 2 players):

During the game, a bar is shown on top of the screen to keep track of the game's progress.
After the game, winners are shown in chat and each winner is given a reward.

You can customize many individual features of this plugin. You can make most of the customization through the in-game menus, or you can make changes through the YAML files. You can change how the trivia matches are paced and how many winners you want as examples.
You can also change all the messages of the plugin, so you can provide support for any language!

Trivia comes with an ability to automatically schedule games based on an interval! This means so that you don't need to worry about hosting them yourselves. You can choose the interval lengths, and how many players must be online at that time in order to start the game. You can view how long until the next scheduled games from the menu.

You can also execute all these commands from console!

    • This plugin was inspired by an old 2012 plugin, TriviaMaster. The plugin hasn't been updated since then, and it lacks many modern features such as an in-game menu.
    • This plugin comes with a bunch of questions/answers added in by default. If you want to quickly remove these questions, then delete everything in "questions.yml" and then do "/trivia reload" in-game to update these changes.
    • This plugin is tested for 1.16 and 1.17 use, for Java 11 or newer.
    • This plugin uses bStats.
    • If the config comments get deleted, refer to this link above for the description of the config values.
    • Feel free to contact me for support or feature requests. Also if you run into any issues, let me know! :)

Saw this pop up in recent added plugins decided to download it and test it out. This is exactly what I was looking for!

Have a few feature requests, but not sure where the author would prefer I put them.

(i.e.) Reward players with $ if using Vault or another currency plugin. Also maybe a key for a crate//kit?

Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it!
I plan on adding a rewards system where the winner(s) can get money (vault) or custom items.
