Configurable weather & time changer

allows players with permission "weather.settings" to change their current daytime to either day (6000) or night (18000), change their weather (sun or rainy). You can set all the inventory properties in the plugin's config.

Permissions:

• weather.settings - allows player to open up the menu and configure his weather and daytime

Commands:

• /weather - opens up the main GUI
