Welcome Particles 1.0

This special plugin, has many cool features. On the join of a Player, it displays a Welcome Back message and has a Cool Firework Explosion particle Effect. This is one of my more Advanced plugins that I learned how to do just today and it will be MUCH MORE advanced in the future! I plan to add Sounds, Customizable Messages and more!
