Welcome 1.0

Hello! Welcome to the new plugin! This is a plugin wich gives you the welcome to your server only the first time that you join. When you enter for the first time it gives you a golden apple and an iron sword. We know that we have to put a configuration file for a motd but we thing that we have to do another plugin for that.
