Specially given armor that grants users potion effects

    Introduction
    Ever wanted to have jump boost on a pair of boots? Or haste on a helmet? With this plugin you're able to give player special items that grant them magical abilities.

    Commands
    - To give players wizardly powers through pieces of armor use the command:
    Command: /wizardwear give (name) (item) (effect) (amplifier)
    Example: /wizardwear give SonOfTriton6 Diamond_boots speed 3
    - With that command the player would receive Diamond boots that when worn gives them speed 3.

    - wizardwear.give (To give armor)
    There is no permission node to use gear.

    Works very well, however I found something. If I enchant something with Absorption, if I get hit while wearing the armor, I immediately gain the hearts back because the potion effect is constantly refreshing. I don't know if this is able to be changed, and if it is, it would be nice. Also, health boost doesn't work for me for some reason. Empty hearts come up, but when I regen them the red part goes away immediately. Works great other wise, thanks for this!
