World Downloader API / WDLCompanion 1.2.0

The official implementation of the World Downloader plugin channel API

  1. Version 1.2.0

This version adds support for 1.13, by using the 1.13 channel names when supported. On 1.12 and below, it will use both channel names, depending on which one the client uses.

All extensions should continue functioning as-is, although the 1.13 update make break them in other ways. If one of them stops working, please let me know and I'll fix it.

  2. Version 1.1.4

This release extracts the version information from the JSON blob in the WDL|INIT packet. What this means is that you'll get a nicely formatted version number instead of a messy JSON blob.

No other logic changes are made; there should be no changes that affect compatibility. If any problems occur, let me know.
  3. Version 1.1.3

Hello everyone! It's time for the annual update!

    • Fixes support for Minecraft 1.12 (due to an updated log4j dependency)
    • Fixes another log4j bug (that I fixed for normal craftbukkit ages ago, and separately fixed in this plugin)
    • Some event related changes, which still aren't completely finished

I've been working on a ton of other projects recently, which is why I haven't done too much with this plugin. It's at a state where it mostly does what I want, with the...

  4. WDLCompanion v1.1.2

This is being released to match with the 1.10 release of World Downloader, which should happen within an hour. No major changes here, just a few minor bugs have been fixed.

    • Send the correct permissions after a permission request has been accepted, not the old permissions.
    • Don't display help information after running `/wdl updateall`.

There were also some internal code changes, but these have no overall effect (and are part of a set of larger changes that will come out...

  5. Version 1.1.1 released

I've released version 1.1.1, which makes a few changes:

    • The default config file now properly explains chunk overrides and gives valid examples, rather than showing an incomplete version from early in development.
    • A log message related to range compaction was removed since it was highly spammy (this message generally wouldn't appear without any extensions, and since I haven't released any of the extensions yet, you wouldn't have seen it, but this change still did occur)....
