    :) This plugin is not finished but you can test it...
    There will be many mistakes, it's normal I just started the plugin so be lenient , some phrases will be in French and others in English , all commands are not made or even finished !

    Maybe you should convert the French into English because I couldn't understand the French, also maybe you should make the /region create command more meaningful when it says "You must first make you selection" in French. If I was to not translate the French info English in Google I wouldn't of known.
