It should work. But it could be that if you set it to loot once/player and you loot the first one the other one get flagged as looted as well?

If I run this on a world that is partly already generated. Would it leave the already generated parts alone?

The plugin works now. Well, it's up and running atleast. Chat looks great, love the time stamp in the chat. Running @playername <message< works...
