Bug Fixes, 3 More Extensions, And More!

Hello! The V2-1.0 was pretty buggy, confusing, and parts of it weren't working so I made this a bug fix update! As far as I know there are 0 known bugs with this update (tested on 2 servers). 3 new extensions have been added. Sound, Particle (requires skdragon), and Signs! I'll add some video tutorials and images soon! Also some abilities have been buffed (like wind ). Enjoy!
