Normally it pops up every time you killed a mob, to show you how much XP you gained. But if you don't want that you can disable the holo text. How to get the XP is a nice idea, I'll make a new update with that function. How much XP you need for the next level can easily be configurated in the 'config.yml'. @Timometz
