10~ tps with only 30 players on

    You've too many hoppers. Increase the hopper intervals in the spigot.yml to about 100 or more.

    Average Entities: 906.75 / 1,972.70

    You have too much entities. 1972 / 30 means 65 entities per player and it's a bit high. Check if someone has exp farms.

    Clearlagg: Task: TPSCheckTask(interval 300)
    Clearlagg checks too many times the tps rate. 300 seconds means 1 time every 5 minute so i think that you can set 1200 (or 600 if you want) in your clear lagg config.

    TickTileEntity - TileEntityHopper : 49.14%
    Too many hoppers. To be honest they aren't so much but the lag comes from everything and hoppers start to be heavy when the server is not running well. I suggest you to check your spigot.yml and insert better values in hopper config.

    Try to optimize what i said and do a new timing report but let the time between /timings reset and /timings merge be at least 30 minutes or 40 minutes.

  5. I recently got rid of my ChestShop plugin because for some odd reason it was using a lot of my computer's resources. I would recommend removing ChestShop unless they updated it with better efficiency.
