99% sure I have my server set as a timed system task... how to check?

  1. So I have a vague memory of putting my server's startup script on some sort of auto-run. It's not cronjobs because my crontab -e is empty. I keep seeing these little hs_err_pid#####.log files pop up in my server folder, precisely every five minutes. I'm 99% sure some process is trying to restart the server every five minutes while the server's already running.

I'm also pretty sure this is why my server kept crashing before I installed a swapfile...

Could anybody tell me what else in CentOS 7 besides cron I could have possibly used to set this up? Thanks in advance.
