Add someone to your resource as an author.

Discussion in 'Community Feedback and Suggestions' started by lecraeman, Apr 29, 2014.

  1. I believe I am posting this in the correct section, but notify me if I am not.

I just posted a resource, and It's a project worked on by me and my friend, but there doesn't seem to be a way to add him as an author...is there some way to do this?

Just list him in the page and when he thinks there needs to be a change, have him tell you. I don't believe the resources section is built in a way to support multiple authors.

  3. :( Man...I did that already, but I really wanted him to be added. Since he really does all the coding anyways. I am just the manager/support assistant.

  4. @md_5 Could this be a possibility?

  5. It's a good idea, just not sure if it's possible.

I honestly think more resources would be added from bukkit by the authors if this happened because they can add the entire team.

  8. Bukkit solution is not intuitive, for BC i would recommend adding author tag as array. :)

    Cleaned, keep it on topic.

Not sure if this is possible, that would depend on Xenforo's Resources.
As I don't have it on my personal forum I am not entirely sure on it's mechanics.

It might not be a totally great idea as of right now, but what are the possibilities of having a custom system created for Spigot?

Who will do it and for what cost? ;)

Precisely ;) I could possibly code a system like that, the time it would take me is the only thing I'd be worried about tbh.

  13. Does xenforo handle resources, or is that something else? I mean...is it something custom or built in?

    It's Xenforo right now.
