Suggestion Allow Stash users to assign themselves on JIRA

    I think Stash users should be allowed to assign themselves on the JIRA issue tracker this way other people know who is working on what and avoid 2 people working on the same thing.

    I agree with Mini here.
    Assignable should be something left to staff, not just any user who has Stash access.
