I guess that this would be useful: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/bukkit-plugins/xteam Also, you can use a party/clan plugin, because they can do the same thing as a teams plugin. For example, SimpleClans: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/simpleclans.5269/. And it has that placeholder for team name.
