An AntiCheat on your computer

Hey everyone! I'm Wzzzpop, I am new to coding, I've only been coding for a couple of months, and right now am learning Java (46% Done) and Batch.

So I am trying to make a plugin that you install on your computer to stop people from using hacks, it will find (Wurst) and try to delete it, I am new to Batch and not all that good :/

So here is the coding:

The problem is it can't work.
Please help.
