Every single RealEstate plugin I find is either abandoned and no longer maintained, outdated and versions unsupported, or the author abandoned it, and now a new author is maintaining it, but the new author is inactive and not actually maintaining anything. I'm about to code my own claim Rent/Sell system, but it is a big struggle, specially to my coding skills and knowledge, im confused in my own code atm due to how many classes and how big the code has gotten.
