Arrow Wand - Fires Arrows Infinitely from a Tool

Fire Arrows From Wand Tool..

Customizable:
Choose the Wand
Choose Player Height Above Ground
Choose Amount of Arrows Fired

Installation:
1. Drop jar in plugins folder
2. Stop Server
3. Configure Config.yml in Arrow Wand Folder
4. Start Server

Zacharu updated Arrow Wand with a new update entry:

Overhaul

Added Permission Node ArrowWand.Give

Added Command /AW give [Player]
This gives 1 Arrow Wand to That Player

Players must have this custom item wand. a normal Stick Will NOT Work Anymore
